I made macarons this past weekend and well let’s just say… it was a first attempt and I demand a re-match because they look nothing like they should! You must need to put a LOT of food colour in because my mix was a pretty pink and then once I added the almond meal they went a not so pretty pinky/brown. I think next time I will try
this recipe after seeing
Jordan's amazing batch. On the positive side I made a white chocolate ganache for the filling and that was perfect.

They look great! I'd scoff the lot! (Love the pretty packaging too!)
off tangent entirely...you made these really cute pompoms for your diary (i saw them in an earlier post)...I'd buy them if they were on Etsy..I would you know! Go on..
They look so pretty! I want to eat one. Even though it's currently only 7am. Yum.
I'm am so intimidated by macarons but I want to try making them so badly. Jordan's were gorgeous. Maybe we should both try her recipe.
Macarons are one of those things that look really difficult to make, so i am impressed at you even attempting such things - full marks for that! Ok, so they didn;t turn out very pink but more to the point what did they taste like?!! I think they look tasty and your packaging is sweet!
white chocolate ganache. oh my. spare me the torture, here!!
