On the mountain




I went up Mt Wellington yesterday and it was icy cold. The snow wasn't snow it was ice, and the sun was melting it so that you could hear the cracking and shattering as it fell to the ground. Very beautiful.

Gorgeous!! I love going up the mountain, it's a great place any timeof the year but stunning on a clear sunny day in winter.

Gorgeous photos! I remember how cold it was when I visited Mt Wellington in January so I can only imagine how chilly it must have been!!
