My four day weekend vanished in the blink of an eye it wasn’t particularly busy but it was fun:
· I went on a road trip to the Evandale market – no big treasures but did pick up some cute little fluted pie tins and some fantastic apricots and blueberries.
· visited the museum - some things haven’t changed since I was five
· made an orange and almond cake that needed to be both gluten and dairy free, and involved boiling oranges for over an hour… it turned out pretty yum
and went to an Aus Day bbq and listened to the hottest 100 (yay Mumfords!)

Now I’m finding it really hard to get back into a routine again, and am a bit confused as to what day it is, it feels like a Monday!

The pie dishes are lovely! I'd really like to go to Evandale Market one weekend for a look. I posted a globe artichoke pic this week too, aren't the colours gorgeous?
I know what you mean about ot knowing what day it is!

You weren't alone - Wednesday felt like Monday to a LOT of people here in Tassie. Must have been something in the Australia Day beer.

Lovely photos, glad you had a nice 4 day break.
I think it could be Thursday today... but don't quote me on that, I have been a little lost myself!

I've been confused this week with days too :) We visited the Evandale Markets when we were in Tasmania and had a nice wander around one morning. That's a fair drive from Hobart isn't it? The orange and almond cake sounds yummy!
