*I have the flu, or a sinus infection, I'm not sure the doctor didn't say, but it's miserable*I finally saw Exit Through the Gift Shop, after missing it by a day at the state earlier this year, it was interesting, I'd say I don't like Mr Brainwash...but is it just a set up? Like I said interesting.
*I'm going to have to buy a sweet little cake tin to make a cake for my new green glass stand from Donna Hay.
*Banana spelt muffins are good, really good.
*I think I'd like to learn how to knit socks...but it seems a bit tricky.

Being sick is rubbish. I'm still trying to get over my cold. It just keeps hanging around. I hope yours clears quickly.
Likewise I'd like to knit socks. But I'm not sure I have the patience to read the pattern, let alone understand one!

I am knitting socks for the first time and they actually seem to be not too tricky. I found a free pattern on the Rowan website....not really a spring activity, but I'm hoping they will make good gifts for folk in the Northern Hemisphere! Get well soon...

When I wasn' permanently renovating (ie when I had a life!!!) I used to go to the State on my day off and watch a movie by myself. I just loved it. I haven't been there in soooooo long.

i think 2011 is the year of learning how to knit a pair of socks. i've been wanting to attempt a pair for so long! not sure how i'll go with a baby around but i'm imagining some beautiful handknitted socks to go with my new pair of clogs (for next winter of course!)
