I was sidetracked walking to work this morning, and ended up late for a meeting but that’s by the by really because the pink blossom was so pretty against the dreary grey sky, I just had to take a few shots. Listening to old-school new order (Here to Stay) on my ipod, it was one of those moments where I forget everything, so good for a weekday morning.

Mmm I love those ones, we had them in our garden when we were growing up, they were always alive with the buzz of bees.
It looks so dense with flowers that it's got leg warmers on.
I would definitely think this blossom warranted being late for a meeting!

the truth is i've been mesmerized by these lamps, used in the movie Mamma Mia, one can see them in two scenes, Pierce Brosnan Hanging them and the the final Wedding reception one... was just wondering if anyone could teach me how to make those... any help in that direction would be welcome.. thanks again.
