Sun-day

Yay the sun came out!
I sat on my doorstep in the fresh air reading and listening to Empire of the Sun, made pasta and took a before shot of my old couch, (hopefully it will be white very soon!).

Ah so lovely - sunshine for you! I love the pics of your house Catherine and I see you are reading the time travellers wife - I loved that book. Your fresh pasta looks delicious also. Do you use your pasta machine a lot? I've made pasta without one which was fairly sucessful but am tempted by a machine, only I'm not sure if it's the kind of thing that ends up living in a cupboard taking up space!

That is my favorite book, I hope you are enjoying it!

Living room looks lovely...the white sofa will look amazing with all your pretty cushions! I have the same Matte Stephens print - just haven't gotten around to framing it! Glad you had some sunshine! I also enjoyed the Time Traveller's Wife...I hear the movie is not so great tho! Have a good week Catherine!

good luck with your soon white couch! I love the one you currently have though with all these pretty pillows :) We desperately need a new couch it's so not even funny.

p.s. also love the (not sure of exact name) ledge you have your art work hung from!
