Mushroom and cheese pizza to share with friends, a sunshiny warm winter weekend and a long one at that! I love that I have today to potter around the house. Long weekends are the best.

Yummo, it must have been just the right weather for home made pizza, I cooked up a storm too... but my oven died just as I was about to cook mine, but everyone else enjoyed them! :) Flick
I made pizza last night! It was really yummy apart from a slightly uncooked centre in the base. Oh well. The garlic one I made was nice too :) I really wished as a vegetarian I liked mushrooms but I just can't hack them. Hasn't it been the most wonderful winter weather this weekend? :)
