Bits and Pieces

I can't believe tomorrow is friday and my holidays are disappearing far too quickly, I'm dreading reality on monday. I think this year is going to have to be a year of big changes!

Anyway I've been eking out the past few days baking cinnamon buns, making homemade pasta, bolognaise and soup with my roast tomatoes, walking and more reading and after seeing Fantastic Mr Fox I had to rewatch the Darjeeling Limited and loved it even better this time around. It's been pretty relaxing round here.

Hi!
Happy new year to you!
Those buns look so scrummy. I might have to give them a go myself. I've almost given up trying to get in a diet mindframe anyway!
I saw Fantastic Mr Fox yesterday immediately after re-reading the book with my boy. Such a cute, fun film.
I think we have Darjeeling Liited but haven't watched it - must do that.
Enjoy your last holi-days x

Those cinnamon buns look yummy! I haven't done any baking this week and consequently am sitting here with my cuppa and a piece of chocolate as I had no nice biscuits or cakes in the cupboard! What a shame your holidays are almost over :( Make sure you have a lovely weekend before you return to work on Monday.

Yum to the buns, think I might have to have a baking session! I loved the Darjeeling Limited when I first watched it and can imagine it's the type of film you could watch again. I've heard good things about Fantastic Mr Fox but haven't been able to get out and about anywhere because of the weather!
