This weekend

It feels like a long time since I had a quiet weekend at home, so this weekend was perfect: lots of cooking, re-arranging little bits and pieces, some dvds and music and knitting in the sunshine. It feels as if spring is just around the corner and I can't wait. I hope you had a great weekend too.

I always love your photos of your delicious breakfasts! Weekends spent pottering around home doing bits and pieces like cooking and rearranging things are my favourite weekends. Yours sounded perfect! Enjoy your week x

I am quite excited by the fact that it feels like Spring is just round the corner for you, as that means Autumn is not far off for us! I feel like I have had enough warm weather now and would love to have a weekend similar to yours tucked up in the house without all this dust and heat!
Totally gorgeous shots as always!

A nice weekend indeed.
I can't believe Summer will end soon, here we only had more or less 3 weeks of proper Summer.
Lovely photos!

Hey Catherine,

I love your blog. You have flawless taste and capture your quiet little moments at home perfectly. I thought you would be the perfect person to ask for some Hobart advice! I am planning a trip to Tasmania after Christmas and will be spending three days in Hobart. Do yo have any secret recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, shop, visit?
