Things that make me happy:

Angus and his wonderful fluffy furry tummy (just seen in this shot)
Apricots and more apricots and trying new dishes (my bloody mary mussels were a success)
My very first home grown tomatoes finally ripening

also the pretty pink summer roses on my table (that I am yet to take a picture of).

Those tomatoes are so cute! Well done on growing them - I attempted it once and just got a big stringy green tree.

This morning as we went out for a walk with our dog, I grabbed the leftover grape tomatoes to munch on. Yum! Yours look delicious. I love this post. It says so much about the simple joys you cherish.

Oh those bloody mary mussels sound like perfection for this "winter like" weather we've been having in Melbourne lately. Calls for some crusty bread to mop up the sauce. drrrrool!

Hello. I arrived here from http://rummeybears.blogspot.com (I think). Your homegrown tomatoes look delicious - I am feeling a real hankering for plants but it might have to be a winter harvest at this time of year - I'm thinking purple sprouting brocoli if I can pull it off. Thank you for sharing your happy things - they made me smile.
