In the last two weekends I have been to Bunnings twice, generally I think I might go once a year! The reason for the trips is the $4.95 ranunculus plants, a white one last weekend and a red/orange one this week, slightly cheaper than market flowers and a little different too. And I think the red one looks kinda good stuck in the orla storage jar!

I bought two of these this weekend from Bunnings as well! I planted them in the garden and then managed to break a big bud off of one. Clever. They're gorgeous flowers, one of my faves. I love that little tableau you have set up with that funky print. Have a lovely week! X

Ah we are on the same wavelength with our cheap plant purchases! Beautiful finds! I'm looking out for my next victim... I mean next plant. My current ones are surviving my lack of green thumb so far! ;)
I love ranunculi, but didn't plant any this year. They're great for cut flowers the more you pick the more blooms you seem to get! I'll have to see if we're out that way soon...
