Happy friday! It's been cold here lately (above are some pics from the top of Mt Wellington last week) but luckily today was twice as warm as yesterday so I have high hopes for the weekend and some quiet time planned. I hope you all have a lovely one!Also a new post on Island Menu!

Hello...it's still really horrible here - the worst summer I can remember and that's saying a lot consider the last three we have had!! We are all hanging for some sunshine! Am hoping it is waiting to come out for us on our usual Conneamara trip in September. Take care and have a lovely weekend. Martina

Oh wow. Icicles are one of those things I love in theory but shudder at when seen. So so so cold.
I must get up to the snow this season! Looks lovely up there :)
